When Someone Asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity for the Best [Your Category], Are You in the Answer?

Most companies are invisible to AI engines. We fix that.

Book a Visibility Audit

The Shift Is Already Happening

Your buyers aren’t just Googling anymore. They’re asking ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity for recommendations, and getting answers with no “page 2.”

You’re either in the answer or you’re not.

  • SEO got you ranked on Google. GEO gets you cited by AI. Different playbook.
  • These engines don’t have page 2. If you’re not cited, you don’t exist
  • First movers are building citation moats right now. Every month you wait, competitors get harder to displace

What We Do

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the practice of making sure AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) mention your company when buyers ask for recommendations.

Prompt Visibility

We test the actual questions your buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, and measure whether you appear.

Content Architecture

Answer-engine-optimized pages: comparison pages, definitional pages, “best of” lists, FAQ schema.

⚙️ Crawl & Schema Health

Structured data, crawl accessibility, and entity clarity so AI models can parse and cite you.

Citation Building

Third-party mentions, directory listings, and external sources that reinforce your entity to AI models.

This isn’t guessing. We run the same prompt grid before and after, so you see exactly what changed.

Proof: We Run This on Our Own Companies

Layer 1: DMW FinTel, Our SaaS Product

“We built a financial intelligence platform and needed buyers to find it when they asked AI engines for recommendations.”

  • Starting point (May 2026): none of the prompts in our grid test returned a DMW FinTel citation across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity
  • What we did: Built 9 answer-engine pages, 6 competitor comparison pages, full Schema.org markup, sitemap/crawl optimization, internal linking architecture
  • What we learned: Content is live and crawlable, but organic ranking is the bottleneck. The citation moat (third-party mentions, directory listings, review platforms) is the next phase
  • Key insight: This is exactly why GEO is a systematic discipline, not a one-time content push. Content alone doesn’t guarantee citations. You need the citation ecosystem.

Layer 2: DMW Advisory, Our Own Brand (This Site)

“We applied the same methodology to our advisory practice, because if it doesn’t work on your own business, it doesn’t work.”

  • What we did: Full SEO & AI discoverability build: Schema.org structured data, llms.txt for AI crawler guidance, 301 redirects, XML sitemap, 10 service pages, 10 industry pages
  • Starting point (July 2026): none of the prompts in our grid test returned a DMW Advisory citation. Site ranks #1 for brand searches but invisible for generic fractional CFO queries
  • Competitor landscape: Preferred CFO appears in 4/4 target queries. FocusCFO, CFO Selections, and TGG Accounting each appear in 2/4. The fractional CFO space is heavily contested
  • Key insight: Technical foundations are excellent. The gap is content volume and domain authority, same pattern as our SaaS product. We’re building the methodology to solve it in real time.

Layer 3: Client Portfolio, 8+ Companies, 6 Industries

“We’ve embedded this work across 8+ companies spanning 6 industries.”

  • A $8M e-commerce brand in the creator economy: AI citation audit + content architecture
  • ⛪ A faith-based nonprofit serving 500K+ families: Schema markup + crawl optimization
  • A professional services firm serving $5M–$100M clients: Comparison pages + prompt testing
  • An edtech organization serving educators nationwide: Answer-engine content + FAQ schema
  • An entertainment/media company: Entity clarification + structured data
  • An IT/data center services company: GEO audit + content gap analysis
  • A transitional assisted living provider: Industry-specific AI visibility strategy
  • 4 additional engagements across other sectors

What this proves: The methodology transfers. GEO isn’t industry-specific. It’s about how AI models understand and cite entities, regardless of sector.

“We didn’t read a blog post about GEO. We built the toolkit serving our own product, our own brand, and 8+ client companies across 6 industries, and we can show you the before/after.”

Who It’s For

✅ Good Fit

  • $5M–$100M revenue companies where buyers research before contacting
  • Differentiated products that should be in AI recommendation conversations but aren’t
  • Brands losing deals to competitors who show up in AI answers (even when their product is worse)

❌ Not a Fit

  • Companies still building their core product (fix that first)
  • Pure local/service-area businesses with no digital research component
  • Looking for traditional SEO (we’ll refer you, different discipline)

Frequently Asked Questions

Isn’t this just SEO?

No. SEO optimizes for Google’s ranked results page. GEO optimizes for AI-generated answers, where there’s no “page 2” and citations are determined by how AI models understand your entity, not your backlink profile. They’re complementary but fundamentally different disciplines.

How long until we see results?

There is no fixed timeline. How soon citations move depends on the engine, how often it refreshes its sources, and how much competing content exists for the prompt. AI models retrain and update continuously, and crawl frequency and content architecture changes compound over time.

Which AI platforms do you target?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot. We test the ones your buyers actually use, and track citation presence across all of them.

Can you guarantee we’ll be cited?

No. And anyone who does is lying. What we guarantee is a documented methodology, measurable before/after testing, and the same playbook we’ve run on our own companies and clients. If the methodology doesn’t move the needle, you’ll know in the audit.

We already have an SEO agency.

Good. Keep them. GEO and SEO aren’t competing. Your SEO agency handles Google rankings; we handle AI engine citations. Some technical work overlaps (schema, crawl health), but the content strategy and measurement framework are different.

What does this cost?

A visibility audit starts at $1,500. Implementation and monitoring are scoped after the audit based on your category, content needs, and goals. You’ll know the full cost before committing to anything beyond Phase 1.
